We get involved when responsibilities have become diffuse or when earlier agreements have lost their effectiveness.
As independent process facilitators, we focus on organising the conversation. We help parties expliciting their expectations, interests, and relationships. As to explore what is needed for the network to move forward. In doing so, the emphasis is not on designing structures, but on strengthening the quality of the process that enables collaboration.
