Amber Bosse

Amber Bosse works as a mediator and process facilitator at Public Mediation. She mediates processes in which societal tensions, governance tensions, and differing perspectives come together.

Her work focuses on dialogue, policy mediation, and strengthening democratic resilience in situations marked by polarization and public discontent. She has been involved in, among other initiatives, group dialogues on migration (Municipality of Sint-Michielsgestel), the Citizens’ Forum on Sunday Rest (Municipality of Hoeksche Waard), and the programme *Intergovernmental and Learning-Based Responses to Public Discontent* (Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations).

Amber studied law at the University of Amsterdam and completed the master’s programmes in International Law and Conflict Resolution and Governance. Last year, she completed the postgraduate continuing education course *Strategic Peacebuilding & Dialogue Skills* offered by Swisspeace and the University of Basel.

Amber is co-founder of the dialogue initiative Belonging Tables and writes a newsletter Short Stories on Small PeaceShe is part of the Everyday Democratic Resistance research hub at the University of Amsterdam. She regularly shares developments related to her work on her Linkedin.
